Terri came to my home and suggested repairs to be made before I sold my house. Had no clue how would afford, but she recommended a couple to do the work that I could afford. Gave me tips on what sellers look for. I never expected when she put up the for sale sign on Thursday in my yard, that by Monday night she came over to show me 3 offers on my home. Not only that they were above asking price. She is really amazing. When she left town for a seminar she left me in good hands with her sister, Sherri.
